  • 130 gramsFresh okara
  • 50 gramsSugar
  • 130 gramsCake flour
  • 1Egg
  • 6 gramsBaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients, and roll out 1 cm thick on parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200℃/390℉. Cut into 1 cm wide strips. Bake for 10 minutes on each side at 180℃/350℉, and it's done.
