Wash the leaves thoroughly and strain it.,keep aside.

Chopp the onions, garlic n green chillies and keep it ready

Into a kadai heat the oil put green chillies chopped garlic saute it. Add ginger paste and cook for 3 to 4 sec.

Then add chopped onions and saute till it turns Lil brown. To this add fresh fenugreek leaves let it cook. It won't take much time.

With in no time this dish is ready you may include it in your lunch or dinner and can enjoy the benefits of methi.
