Steps

Chop garlic onion and carrots finely. Make smashed potatoes with butter, salt and milk.

Stir fry minced meat, add carrot and onion, garlic in.

Add salt pepper, mixed herbs and tomato paste, stir fry a bit and add beef or pork or chicken stock, cook slowly until liquid is almost gone.

Put cooked ingredients in baking plate, flatten the surface and press a bit. Add smashed potatoes in, Also flatten the surface with spatula. Finally make some “art” on top of smashed potatoes with a fork.

Put in oven and bake for 30 min with 200 degrees.
