Put a little salt in water n soak methi leaves in this water for 15 min. Drain salt water n wash again pat dry n chop methi leaves.

Take an iron kadahi n heat sarson(mustard oil) it shd be hot.Switch off flame.When little cool switch flame again n on medium flame fry aloo cubes keep stirring in between. Drain fried aloo on paper towel m keep aside.

Use same oil n put jeera, when it crackles add salt,haldi,red chilli n methi leaves.Cook till its nicely done. Add fried aloo n sprikle garam masala n mix well.Your easy but yummy Methi aloo is ready.
