  1. 3 tablespoonsjasmine brown rice
  2. 1 cupcarrots, butternut squash, tomatoes, and sliced onions
  3. 3.5 ouncessalmon
  4. 1/2 teaspoonsalt

    Boil the rice with salt. While waiting for the rice to cook, dice the other ingredients (cut the salmon into small cubes).

    Once the rice starts to bloom, add the vegetables and continue boiling until the vegetables are tender. Then add the salmon, wait until the salmon is cooked, and turn off the heat.
