Zucchini noodles with cheesy meatballs

Ingredients

40 minutes

  1. 2zucchini
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 250 gramsminced meat (pork)
  5. 20 gramsgrated parmesan
  6. 100 gramsmozzarella
  7. 250 gramstomato sauce
  8. 2 tsptomato paste
  9. oregano, paprika powder, salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the onion and tomatoes, create thin noodles from the zucchini with a vegetable peeler.

  2. 2

    Mix minced meat, tomato paste and parmesan together in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and form into small balls.

    Fry the onions and meatballs on each side until no longer pink.

  4. 4

    Add the tomatoes and tomato sauce. Use oregano, paprika powder, salt and pepper for taste. Then, let simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.

    Drain and cut the mozzarella into thin slices and lay on top of the meatballs for an additional 5 minutes and cover.

    Add the zucchini noodles to the pan for another minute then serve!
