Soak rice, dal and methi dana for 5 to 6 hour

Remove extra water, grind tha mixture in thin paste and leave it to farmantion for 10 hour in warm place

For aloo masala....put a kadai on gas, take oil after heat add rai, curry patta when rai cracks add onoins, cook till colour change, add salt and shambhar masala, cook for 2 to 3 min, add boiled potato, mix properly add some water. Cook 2 to 3 mins.

Add salt and suger in dosa batter and mix lightly. Put dosa tawa on gas on high heat. When tawa get full warm, spread some oil and wipe it than sprikle some water to low down tha tem of tawa. Spread 3 serving spoon of dosa batter on tawa and spread thin. Now spread some oil cook till dosa become crispy. Spread aloo masala and fold it
