Grind onion, ginger and garlic in a mixer jar

For filling:- Take a pan. Heat 5 to 6 tbsp of oil. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add the grinded mixture. Now Add spices as required. Add mashed potatoes and mix.

Take all purpose flour in a vessel. Add cumin seeds and half small cup of oil and 1 tbsp salt. Mix properly. Kneed the dough. The dough should be hard. Let it rest for 15 to 20 mins.

Make little thick oval shape rotis. Cut it from middle with the help of a knife. Fold one half portion into cone shape as shown and put the filling into it. Pack the ends with the help of water.

Samosa are now ready to fry. Heat oil in a pan. Put the samosa into it and let them fry until golden brown on low flame.

Serve it hot. U can add upon it chopped onion and coriander leaves, tamarind chutney and sev and enjoy or else enjoy plain with green chilli.
