    Steam the batter in dhokla pan for 15 mnts

    Cut dhoklas in sqare shap once it cools down.

    Sorte it in hot oil after adding rai (mustard seeds n oil) curry leaves.

    Dhoklas n filter coffe, a deadly combo!

    Garnish with coconut n coriander leaves.
