Instant Millet Spinach Mini Dosa with Moong Dal Sambhar and Traditional Coconut Chutney

Instant Millet Spinach Mini Dosa with Moong Dal Sambhar and Traditional Coconut Chutney
Steps
- 1
First up: In a large mixing bowl: Add in the aforementioned all the Dry ingredients together- first mix it well, dry itself & then, add on rest other things
- 2
Add in the Curd & water now- add in the water gradually & not all together.
- 3
The consistency of the batter should be thick enough and not runny
- 4
Let it sit with a cover on for another 8-10 mins time, in the meanwhile, heat up a dosa tawa/frying pan over the medium flame & grease it with absolutely minimal oil
- 5
Since, I’ve prepared the mini Dosas- The size of my pan is mini too.
- 6
Take a small ladle full of the Dosa batter, whisk it well again before pouring it into the tawa & let it spread evenly
- 7
Allow it to cook on one side.we can understand this by seeing the small bubbles on its top & also, its edges coming out of the pan, drizzle some ghee or oil
- 8
Flip it over to the other side & allow it to cook for a couple more minutes & then, transfer it to a serving plate
- 9
I’ve tried some heart shaped ones too, using the cookie cutter as the base of it to hold its shape, as is
- 10
Serve it hot with some hot sambar, chutneys & dips or sauces or even achar of your choice & relish with healthiest first meal of the day
