Steps

Dissolve yeast with warm water add egg and butter, mix well then add flour and salt knead for 15-20 minutes or until a soft and smooth dough is achieved.

Place in a greased bowl and cover for 40mins-1hr or until double in size. Deplete the air and roll on a floured surface, cut the shapes and place on a floured tray or pan to rise again for 30-40 minutes in warm place.

Fry in hot oil on medium flame. You have to be careful while frying if not you will end up with burn doughnuts. It stays white just changes color slightly. Enjoy
