6Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 tspSea Salt
1/2 tspAdobo Seasoning
1/2 cupChicken Broth
1/4 tspBlack Peppercorns
1 TbspEVOO
2 TbspUnsalted Butter

Pat moisture on both sides with paper towels. Zip lock EVOO + ADOBO & Shake till coated.

Heat 1 Tbsp butter in pan and brown thighs (and onions) 2-3 minutes on each side.

Pour chicken broth in slow cooker. Add thighs and onions.

Cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours.
