2 glasswater
2 table spoonsugar
1 tea spoonchia seed
6 table spoonoat meal

Mix all the ingredients together except chia seed and put it on fire at a medium heat

After it boils for about 2 mins simmer and let it boils for 5 mins

Then add your chia seed and remove from the heat and let it cool and then you blend

Then enjoy your oat meal
