Ingredients

10-15 minutes
Serves 5 servings
  • 8.8 lbsmussels (about 4 kg)
  • 2shallots
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter (about 30 grams)
  • 3/4 cupdry white wine (about 200 ml)
  • 1 bunchfresh parsley

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Finely chop the shallots and sauté them in butter until soft. Add the dry white wine.

  2. 2

    Add the mussels, stir, cover, and cook for a few minutes until they open.

  3. 3

    Stir in the parsley at the end and serve with homemade fries.
