Chana dhall, red chillies and fennel seeds soaked in water 3 hours and then drained excess water and make a course batter. Add Hing and salt mix well.

Take a pan add all spices dry roast few minutes and then add green chillies, poppy seeds, fried gram dry roast till light golden colour in fried gram. And then add coriander leaves and mint leaves dry roast few minutes and switch off the gas. Then add coconut thuruval mix well in the pan heat. And masala come to room temperature then add into the mixy jar add water and make a fine paste.

Take a pan add oil and put the Vada batter in small pieces cooked until light golden colour in high flame. And remove from the oil and transfer to another bowl.

Take a pan add 4 tbsp oil and all spices, red chillies, curry leaves, onion. Till onions turned golden in colour. And then add the masala paste cook few minutes and then add water once boiled add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt cooked 10 to 15 minutes. Then add Vada cooked few minutes and add coriander leaves. Vada curry ready to serve.
