  4. 2 boiled potatoes
  5. 2green chillies
  6. 2 tspDry Fenugreek leaves
  7. as neededFresh coriander leaves

  9. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  10. 1 tspMango powder
  11. 1 tspDry coriander
  12. pincjAsafoetida
  13. 1 tspGaram masala
  14. as neededGhee

    Knead dough and make mashed potatoes filling using all ingredients

    Make 2 small balls. Roll them and apply oil

  3. 3

    Spread feeling on one roll chapati. Now cover the paratha with other chapati.

    Joint them and roll them as thin as you can. Now roast it on tawa. At last seprate the layers and roll them. Serve with curd.
