Sweet rice with semolina

Can contain enof protein if add generous nuts and dried fruit ,can make a lovely Ramadhan dessert/snack.Can use raisins if you aur nutfree ..but add bit of rock salt to kind off coat the raisins(or pinch it in the rice itself) as adds that nice contrast.if using nuts then no need to pinch salt because it's salt and roasted and crunchy Alhamdulillah. Easy with the saffron and honey as it does change flavor considerably (saffron is very powerful/and expensive! and maybe better to soak abit in some warm milk before adding, inorder to extract )as this rice recipe takes in alot of flavor but need alot to sweeten and this can be helped by the condenced milk other wise normally just add sugar but for more health benefit that's why we using condenced milk look out for label which ones contain added calcium etc. Last not least to say be sure to grind a bit of peel from an orange and or with some lime or lemon(only about Half or so tspn is sufficient or can add more if prefer more zesty flavors )..this totally lifts the dessert to a next level Mashaallah
