  1. 1 packetwhole wheat pasta
  2. 1 cupchicken in cubes
  3. 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. 1 tbspchilli flakes
  5. 2 tbspsoya sauce
  6. 2 tbschilli sauce
  7. 1 tbspoyestor sauce
  8. 1 tspblack.pepper
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 1/2 cupcarrot
  11. 1/2 cupcapsicum
  12. 1/2cabbage

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate chicken with yogurt salt pepper and chilli flakes

  2. 2

    Boil pasta and take aside

  3. 3

    Take a pan put veggies in it and saute in soya sauce and chilli sauce than take a side

  4. 4

    Now take a same pan and put marinated chicken in it cook well

  5. 5

    Now add saute veggies and boil pasta in chicken and toss well

  6. 6

    Serve as a complete meal either you aur on diet or not
