Marinate chicken with yogurt salt pepper and chilli flakes

Boil pasta and take aside

Take a pan put veggies in it and saute in soya sauce and chilli sauce than take a side

Now take a same pan and put marinated chicken in it cook well

Now add saute veggies and boil pasta in chicken and toss well

Serve as a complete meal either you aur on diet or not
