Here's a recipe I've been selling. You can save it or maybe use it as a business idea during the pandemic to help increase your income. Enjoy!

For the buns:
1. Mix all ingredients except margarine.
2. Knead until half smooth.
3. Add margarine, knead until smooth.
4. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes.
5. Divide the dough into portions of about 60-64 grams each to make 8 buns.
6. Shape into balls on a baking sheet and let rise until doubled in size. - 2
1. Once fully risen, brush the top of the buns with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
2. Bake on the lower rack for about 10 minutes, then move to the upper rack until fully cooked.Note: Don't forget to rotate the baking sheet while baking. Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes.

Steps to make the patty:
1. Mix all ingredients, then shape and flatten. Place on a greased baking sheet.
2. Steam in a steamer for about 30 minutes.
3. Once cooked, prepare beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
4. Coat the cooked patty in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs. The patty is ready to be fried.Note: Make sure the steamer is hot first.
