2 servings
  • 15Shrimps
  • 4 tablespoonTamarind paste
  • 2 tablespoonThai seasoning sauce
  • 1/5 tablespoonchili sauce
  • 1onion
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 2 packPalm sugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • fried red onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Ingredients

    A picture of step 1 of Shrimps with tamarind sauce.

    Heat a little bit of oil, then add garlic, onion, and shrimps until cooked

  3. 3

    Melt the tamarind with 1/5 cup of hot water mix. Remove the seed and meat of the tamarind sauce. Use only the tamarind juice.

  4. 4

    Melt palm sugar with 1/5 cup of hot water. Mix it until it dissolves.

  5. 5

    Put all the sauces together, palm sugar and tamarind sauce. Cook over medium heat until the sauce boils.

  6. 6

    Top with fried red onion. Done!
