A fewleaves of romaine lettuce
2cabbage leaves
1tomato
2cucumbers
1/2small sweet pepper
1little chopped parsley, fresh thyme, and mint
1small onion
Olive oil
Pomegranate molasses
Salt to taste
Toasted pita bread
1/2lemon
1 teaspoonvinegar

Wash the vegetables, cut them into medium-sized pieces, and mix them together.

Add the lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, salt, vinegar, olive oil, and thinly sliced onion. Mix well.

Garnish with toasted pita bread and serve.
