  2. 1/2 kgSugar powder
  3. as requiredDry fruits (aukat anusaar) according to taste
  4. 500 grmsGhee
  5. 40 - 50 garamElachi
  6. 200 gmsKhoya
  7. 750 mlWater

    Mix flour with little ghee 200 gms and water little dry then dough for chapatis we use

    Make dough balls a little difficult to make but can be made.

    Roast the balls till they crack keep rotating so they don't burn it overcook from aside.

    Grind the roasted balls of flour.

  5. 5

    Mix the hot ground powder with ghee sugar powder khoya and elaichi and hot melted ghee dry fruits don't grind into fine powder keep it granular.

    Now enjoy without a spoon.
