Palak Dhokla is a very healthy, simple and tasty snack . It is a delicious steamed semolina and spinach puree cake recipe which requires minimum oil and a good way to include green leafy vegetables in your daily diet. Very easy and Quick to make recipe .

In a bowl add suji, besan, salt, sugar, oil and curd. Mix all together and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

In a grinding jar add Spinach, chilli, lemon juice and ginger. Grind all to make a fine paste. Mix Spinach paste with suji mixture.
Now add eno mix it with soft hand. - 3
Grease mold or bowl with oil.
Transfer dhokla batter in greased mold. Steam it for 15-20 minutes. - 4
For tempering heat oil in a pan splattered mustard seeds, seasami seeds, chilli and curry leaves. Then add water, salt and sugar boil it for 2-3 minutes. Keep the flame on medium-high.
Pour tempering all over dhokla evenly. - 5
Garnish with some fresh pomegranate.
Cut dhokla into pieces.
Serve with your favorite chutney.
