  1. 1Onion big finely chopped
  2. 5-6Garlic finely chopped
  3. 1Green chilli
  4. 1 tspCumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  6. As neededAsafoetida
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. as requiredTurmeric
  9. as requiredRed chilli powder
  10. as requiredGaram masala
  11. 1 bowlgathiya

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil. When oil became hot add some mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.

    Now add onion, green y and garlic.

    Soute them 5 min while onion became golden brown.

    Now add Turmeric powder,red chilli powder, garam masala and salt.

    Add water and boiled them for 2 minutes.

    Add ganthiya and off the flame.and rest for 5 minutes.

    It's ready to serve.
