4 clovesgarlic
2 tbspolive oil
8 cupscubed yukon potatoes
1 bunchdino kale, chopped
4ribs celery, diced
4carrots, diced
6 cupsveggie broth
2 tsporegano
1 tspparsley
1 tsptyme
1 tspsea salt

Saute in instant pot onions, garlic and olive oil until golden brown.

Add all vegetables, broth and spices.

Seal instant pot and select soup mode. Quick release after timer goes off.
