Heat the milk.
Cut the apple into cubes. - 2
In a bowl, mix the eggs and Greek yogurt. Add the sugar, flour, and half of the vanilla sugar.

Pour the hot milk over the mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking dish, then add the apple cubes. - 4
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
Remove the Far from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining vanilla sugar.
Bake for another 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C). - 5
Let cool before removing from the dish.
