Serves 4 servings
  1. 2eggs
  2. 1 1/4 cupsmilk (300 ml)
  3. 1 packetvanilla sugar
  4. 1/3 cupall-purpose flour (about 50 grams)
  5. 3 tablespoonssugar (about 40 grams)
  6. 1apple
  7. 2 tablespoonsplain Greek yogurt or Skyr (about 30 grams)

  1. 1

    Heat the milk.
    Cut the apple into cubes.

    In a bowl, mix the eggs and Greek yogurt. Add the sugar, flour, and half of the vanilla sugar.

    Pour the hot milk over the mixture and mix well.
    Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking dish, then add the apple cubes.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
    Remove the Far from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining vanilla sugar.
    Bake for another 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

    Let cool before removing from the dish.
