Ingredients

15 to 20 minutes
2 persons
  1. 1/2 cupspilt chickpea soaked in water for 2 hrs,
  2. 1 Table spoonGrated raw mango
  3. 1-2green chillies
  4. 1/4th inch ginger
  5. 1 table spoonwashed and cut cilantro
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 table spooncooking oil
  8. 1/4tea spoons of mustard seeds, cumin seeds,
  9. Pinchhing and haldi
  10. Curry leaves and 1 dry red chilli
  11. 1 table spoongrated fresh coconut

Steps

15 to 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove all water from chick peas

  2. 2

    Grind green chilli, ginger and salt

  3. 3

    Then add chickpeas and half quantity of grated raw mango to the mixer jar and grind coarsely

  4. 4

    Remove ground mixture in a bowl. Add remaining grated raw mango and cilantro and mix

  5. 5

    Prepare tempering with oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, haldi, red chilli and curry leaves. add this to the ground chickpea and raw mango mixture and mix thoroughly

  6. 6

    Serve by adding grated fresh coconut and cilantro for garnishing
