Perfect besan Boondi

Here is my signature recipe of home made bondhi with tips and trick ....super easy,quick,healthy, fresh Boondi....and off course bht zayda Boondiwith kam ingredients and besan k😂😂😂
Tip dont make to much runny batter
If by mistake to much made then add 1-2tbls besan more mix and rest for 2-3m i will be set
-Add 1tsp baking sooda/khany ka soda annd after keep for set maximum 4-5m
-Oil should be garam but not too much k dalty e jhalni start hojain
-Make it on low medium flame
-Dnt add to much besan batter in wok while making Boondi
-When all done let it cool on room temperature and
-Add in zip lock bag keep in fridge not freezer
- When u want to use directly take it out from fridge soaked in tap water and then strain it in strainer dnt press it will become soggy your recipe in which you used this Boondi

Wash your hand say bismIAllah and darood shareef

Add besan in big bowl add all spices

Make paste and rest it

Heat oil on low medium flame and keep in mind above tip

Start making Boondi I am using steamer net
- 6
Make whole with this procedure after cool down keep in shopping bag or zip lock bag and freez it

Before enjoy soakee in to water
