In a bowl add 2 cups flour, 1/2 tea spoon baking powder, 1 tea spoon salt mix well. then add 1/2 cup milk, 1 table spoon soaked yeast add little water to form a dough not too thick but sticky that falls back into the container when scoop out as seen below. Then add in the 3 table spoon melted butter mix well, set aside in a warm place & allow to rise & double in size.

For the filling set a pan on heat & add chopped onions, stir well add 1 cup grated carrots & sliced cabbage, stir until well combined then add 1 tea spoon chillipowder, 1 tea spoon thyme, 1 tea spoon curry & seasoning to taste then add 1/2 cup spring onion stir & cook for 2 minutes then off heat.

After the dough have risen mix to remove excess bubbles. Rub oil on your palm scoop some batter & spread on your palm then add the veggies at the centre & fold it then set a pan on heat with little oil then put the bread on it & cook while pressing with spoon or serving spoon then flip to the other side & cook until brown then remove from heat & repeat the process until batter finishes.
