Steps

Take a pan add oil,add jeera,hing,urad dal and chana dal roast it on a slow flame.

When it is roasted add onion,chopped green chillies (here we can add some vegetables)and cook for 3 to 4 minutes,after onion are soft, add sooji and roast it till you gets nice aroma.

When its roasted properly add hot water and mix it well,add salt and lemon juice and let it cook for sometime and all masalas are mixed well.Your upma is ready
