- 3
Now slow down the heat of the gas, add moraiyo mix and cook for 2 minutes, then add water, yoghurt and sendha salt and mix it and Cook over low heat. Then after add green coriander, mix and turn off the gas.

Then add potato and sendha salt and cook for 1 minute. Turn off the gas and add lemon juice and green coriander leaves. So ready is the dry vegetable of farali potatoes.
- 6
Now we will make Rajgira curry. For this, add yoghurt or buttermilk in a bowl, add Rajagara flour, sendha salt and water and mix well with whisker or blendar.
- 7
Now let's make curry. To do this, heat oil or ghee in a pan, add cumin, sweet curry leaves, green chillies and ginger, mix well, add the curry batter made in it, mix and cook on low flame till it rises. Add sugar, mix, turn off the gas flame, add green coriander leaves on top and serve.

Now we will make a sweet potato Chaat. For this, cool the boiled sweet potato, peel it and cut it into round shapes.
- 9
Now add Sendha salt, black pepper powder, amchoor powder, green chilli, green coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix and toast. If you eat red chilli powder then sprinkle it on top too. This is optional. Add green coriander leaves on top and serve.
- 10
Now we will make Rajgira Aloo Puri. To do this, first boil the potatoes, cool them and grate them with a large sieve. Now add Rajgara flour and Sindhav salt and mix it. Add a little bit of water and make puri flour.
- 11
Now make a uniform loaf from this flour. Heat oil for frying in a side pan. Now place this loaf on an oiled plastic sheet and weave it completely. Fry the puri in hot oil until light golden brown. Prepare all the finishes this way.
- 12
Now we will make sabudana kheer. To do this, first wash the sabudana with clean water 2 to 3 times and let it steep in clean water for 3 hours. Then after 3 hours drain all the water from the sabudana.
