Delicious Beyond Imagination! Chive and Tomato Salad

I just came up with this and gave it a try, and it was better than I imagined.
It's not necessary to add the sesame oil (olive oil or vegetable oil could also work). Use the rice vinegar only when the tomato needs a bit more flavour. If the tomato is fully ripened, you won't need it. Recipe by Suika

Steps
- 1
Cut the roots off the chives and slice into 4cm pieces. Roughly chop the tomato into 2cm cubes (including the skin and seeds).
- 2
Put the tomato into a bowl, add the salt and mix (by using the salt to bring out the water, the tomato becomes like a dressing).
- 3
Put the chives in a heat-proof dish and microwave for 30 seconds at 700w. Mix inside the container and microwave for another 20 seconds.
- 4
Toss all the ingredients together. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle ground sesame seeds.
