Soak moong and mash daal over night or 4_5hrs at least till soft. Wash it than strain it than grind it.

Take out daal paste and now with fingers or whish beat till fluffy. Add, red chilli flakes, zeera, salt and soda and rest of 15 mins. Again beat.

Heat oil and make bhallay and fry to golden brown and take out and dip in salted water till soft
Squeeze carefully. - 4
Mix dahi with sugar, corn flour, water and mix well
Keep it in fridge before hand, it will be creamy than. - 5
In serving platter pour some dahi than bhalley some masala n red chilli flakes again dahi and garnish with chuten dahi bara masala, chat masala.
