Steps

Blend the pepper, scotch bonnet and onion, put oil and palm oil, add chopped onion,fry it for like 5min then add the crush pepper mix

Add crush ginger + garlic, seasonings and spices, cooked meat and kpomo, leave it to cook for like 20min,add nutmeg and bay leaves.

After 5min,grate small onion, mix with the egusi and form a thick batter, be pouring it into the soup and stirring it, add chopped washed ugu, cry fish and mix it... Allow it to simmer for 10_15min.enjoy! I served mine with pounded yam
