Ingredients

Serves 3 servings
  1. 5.3 ozrice stick noodles, soaked until soft (150 grams)
  2. 3.5 ozpork, sliced (100 grams)
  3. 2large eggs
  4. 1 cupChinese broccoli, chopped (about 100 grams)
  5. 4 clovesgarlic, minced
  6. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil (30 ml)
  7. Chili flakes, to taste
  8. Black pepper, to taste
  9. 1lime, cut into wedges
  10. Sauce ingredients:
  11. 1 tablespoondark soy sauce (15 ml)
  12. 2 tablespoonslight soy sauce (30 ml)
  13. 2 tablespoonsoyster sauce (30 ml)
  14. 1 tablespoonfish sauce (15 ml)
  15. 1/2 tablespoonsugar (about 6 grams)

    Prepare all ingredients. Soak the rice noodles until soft. Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.

    Sauté the garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant. Add the pork and cook until just done. Crack in the eggs and scramble lightly. Once the eggs are set, add the soaked noodles. Pour in the prepared sauce and add the Chinese broccoli. Stir-fry everything together. Season with chili flakes and black pepper to taste.
