Kinako roasted soy flour and brown sugar syrup are already sweet, so just adding milk might be enough. Adjust to your liking.

Steps

Dissolve the gelatin powder in 2 tablespoons of warm water.

Add honey or sugar into the milk, and simmer over low heat. Please do not bring to a boil!

Add the dissolved gelatin from Step 1 to the pot, mix well, then transfer to a container. Let it cool, and refrigerate for 2 ~ 3 hours.

Scoop with a large spoon. Sprinkle kinako roasted soy flour and drizzle brown sugar syrup to your liking.
