Paneer is a favorite dish for all kids, and my daughter also loves paneer bhurji. I made the paneer at home for this recipe. Paneer is rich in calcium and is very beneficial for people with diabetes.

Paneer is a favorite dish for all kids, and my daughter also loves paneer bhurji. I made the paneer at home for this recipe. Paneer is rich in calcium and is very beneficial for people with diabetes.

To make paneer bhurji, curdle milk and prepare fresh paneer (Indian cottage cheese).

Add oil to a pan and heat. Add cumin seeds and green chilies.

Add chopped onion, garlic paste, and ginger paste. Sauté, then add chopped tomatoes.

Add salt to taste, Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder. Sauté well.

Crumble the paneer by hand and mix it in. Stir well with a spoon. Add garam masala and dried fenugreek leaves. Garnish with chopped cilantro and add lemon juice.

Punjabi-style paneer bhurji is ready. Serve with paratha or roti.
