First prepare the sugar syrup. In a pan add water and sugar. Cook till sugar dissolves. Add in lemon juice. Cool and keep aside.
In a bowl add crushed vermicelli. Add in melted ghee and mix well. - 2
In a serving dish place this vermicelli mixture and press with hands. Place 2 mozzarella cheese slices then sprinkle burfi all over the cheese.

Top with vermicelli mixture and press with hand. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 C. When done drizzle sugar syrup.

Decorate with chopped pistachios. Serve.
