Steps

Take all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together well. If little sticky add 1 tsp cornflour.

Divide the mixture into kababs and shape it.

Dip the Kababs into flour batter and remove the excess batter with the help of a fork.

Now put it into the crushed cornflakes bowl and coat it well. Keep it in the refrigerator for 5 mins.

Now take a pan and heat oil. Put the Kababs into the pan and fry it until it becomes a little golden in colour.

Keep it in tissue paper and serve it.
