Put meat,daal and all spices in a pot with 4-5 glasses water and let it cook. Add garlic,ginger and 2 onions too

Cook until meat and daal gets soft.Let it cool.

Now put this Mixture in choppe and grind it well.take out and keep aside.

In a chopper add coriander,mint,green chillies and 2 onions and chop finely. Mix egg and this with meat mixture and make kababs

In a pan add some ghee or oil and shallow fry the kababs.
