Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts
  • 1\4 C oil(coconut, olive oil whatever you have)
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1/4 Csoy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspthyme
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspallspice
  • 1/4 tspnutmeg
  • 1/4 tspcinnamon
  • 1/2 tspsugar
  • 1/4 tsppepper
  • 1/4 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tspcurry powder
  • cloveMinced garlic
  • 1minced green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients (except chicken) and set aside 1/8 C

  3. 3

    Rub chicken with mixture then sear brown in a frying pan

  4. 4

    Bake chicken and rest of sauce that chicken was rubbed in for 30 mins

  5. 5

    Serve with remaining 1/8 C of sauce on top
