  • 4boiled and grated potatoes
  • 2 tspdesi ghee
  • 4slicely cut almond
  • 6 tspsugar
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 2 tspmilk

    Firstly heat a pan then add 2tsp desi ghee,roast the grated potatoes in a medium flame for about 10min

  2. 2

    Then add 6tsp of sugar mix it well continously stir it

  3. 3

    Then add 2tsp cardomom powder again stir it well.,add chopped almonds n chirongi

  4. 4

    Cook in a medium low flame....its ready
