Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsicing sugar
  2. 3 tbspsmeringue powder
  3. 5 tbspswarm water
  4. Food flavouring-vanilla (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a proper bowl sieve the sugar

  2. 2

    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend it in a food mixer

  3. 3

    To have a proper shape:
    Add the mixture in a pipping bag and form flower shape or as preferred

    Leave the flowers to dry for 6hours or overnight

  4. 4

    Notes:
    -you can keep the royal icing in a sealed container for up to two weeks
    -for better result make sure to use plates free from fat products
    -you can add food colouring.
