Steps

Heat milk in one pan.

Heat ghee in a nonstick pan.

Add Rava or semolina to the ghee and saute till it is slightly Browned.

Add Saffron to the milk and stir it.

Add hot milk and sugar to the Rava and mix well and cook.

Add roasted crushed Walnuts and desiccated coconut and mix and continue to cook till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.

Take the mixture in a bowl and let it cool for a minute. Then take a small part of it and make a ball like a laddu.

Then take some desiccated coconut on a plate and cover the ladoo with coconut. Make ladoos from the remaining mixture too.

Now your walnut ladoo is ready to be served. Decorate it with some tutti frutti.
