I wanted to make an aromatic, spring-like pasta with bamboo shoots.
When draining the pasta and nanohana, set a bit of nanohana aside to use as a pretty garnish. Recipe by Queenaya
Steps

Boil the pasta in a large pot of water.

About three minutes before the pasta is done boiling, add the nanohana and bamboo shoots and boil together.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, and saute the garlic and onion.

When the pasta is done boiling, add it to the frying pan. Quickly add the salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese and mix.

Add a bit of mentsuyu and transfer to serving dishes.

Garnish with some nanohana, sprinkle a bit of pepper on top, and enjoy!
