This appetizer turns out great with the air fryer and won't last long on the table when served with one or more dipping sauces!
Cooking Instructions

Cut the zucchini into slices about half a centimeter thick. Leave the skin on the zucchini.

Mix the breadcrumbs with the grated Parmesan cheese on one plate, and on another plate, mix the flour with salt and pepper.

Coat the zucchini slices first in the flour mixture, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat them with the breadcrumb mixture.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 356°F (180°C).

Place the zucchini slices in the air fryer basket without overlapping them, and fry them in batches for 8 minutes at 356°F (180°C).

Turn them halfway through cooking to ensure they cook on both sides, and spray a little more oil on the other side.

Serve them with a dipping sauce and enjoy!
