Dissolve saffron in hot water. Use a cheese cloth to make hung curd as shown in the photo. Just keep the curd over the cheese cloth on a strainer. Keep a bowl below to collect water. Just twist the top of the cheese cloth. Do not squeeze. Keep the setting in a refrigerator. After a couple of hours, all the water will drain out into the bowl. Take the hung curd into a bowl.

Kesar mango pulp has a nice color, and very sweet. Add all the ingredients-mango pup, saffron, condensed milk, cardamom, and sugar into the bowl. Mix gently with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle nuts on the top. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve,
garnish with a few pieces of ripe mango when serving. Enjoy
Tips: use freshly made curd at home. No need to buy powdered sugar, you can powder cane sugar easily in a blender. You can use the water collected from the curd to make roti dough.
