Cooking Instructions

Leg pit add EVO and onion celery and peppers over medium heat

Cut chicken tenberloins into 1 inch cubes then add to pot cook until almost cooked

Add broth, tomatoes and, all vegetables bring to boil cover and reduce heat until chicken is done
- 4
Add Barley pre-cooked mix well cover reduce the heat and simmer until the barley is well incoroerated
- 5
Serve and enjoy "Note: this is very spicy you can cut the heat by using regular diced tomatoes without the chiles"
